When the Past
Doesn't Feel Like the Past
Trauma Therapy in Calgary Using ART & EMDR, with Virtual Sessions Available Across Alberta and Ontario
Things can look calm on the surface, even when they don't feel that way inside.
If something hasn't been able to settle,
you're in the right place.

Intrusive Memories
Thoughts or images that won't let go
Stuck & Exhasuted
Tired all the time, still not better
Feeling on Edge
Sleep Disruptions
Always alert, tense, hard to relax
Waking up, unable to settle
If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. And it's something we can change.
A Different Approach to Trauma Therapy
If you've tried talking about it and still feel stuck, it's not a failure on your part. Some experiences aren't resolved through insight alone.
I primarily use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which are both structured, evidence-based approaches that helps your brain process distressing memories differently.
Many clients experience meaningful relief in fewer sessions than they expected.

ART helps reduce the intensity of distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or intrusvie.
